What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum orders vary by product and partner type. For direct accounts, we typically require a minimum of one case per SKU. For wholesale and distribution accounts, case minimums and pricing tiers are discussed during the onboarding call.
Do you ship to both the US and Canada?

Yes. We operate warehouses in both Mooers, NY (USA) and Lachine, Quebec (Canada), allowing us to serve retailers and distributors on both sides of the border efficiently, with all customs and import paperwork handled by our team.
Can I order through KeHE, UNFI, or Nassau Candy?

Yes. Our products are listed on KeHE, UNFI, Nassau Candy, and Faire.com. If you already have an account with any of these distributors, you can order Zone Distribution products directly through their platforms without creating a new account with us.
Do you offer private label development?

Yes. We are actively developing private label programs in candies, crackers, cookies, biscuits, and sauces — sourced from European manufacturers. If you're interested in creating your own brand or white-label product line, please select "Private Label Development" in the application form and tell us more about your vision.
How long does the application process take?

We review all partner applications within 1–2 business days. Once approved, onboarding typically takes 3–5 business days, after which you can begin placing orders. For established distributors using KeHE, UNFI, or Nassau Candy, ordering can begin immediately.
What marketing support do you provide?

All partners receive access to product photography, spec sheets, nutritional information, barcode data, and shelf-ready merchandising materials. For larger accounts, we can also provide co-marketing support, in-store sampling programs, and promotional pricing for seasonal campaigns.
